SIP hosted an event on Nov 8, showcasing achievements in promoting deep integration of education, science and technology development and talent cultivation as well as accelerating commercialization of scientific and technological research outcomes. At the event, SIP announced a series of new measures designed to strengthen the role of higher education institutions in supporting local economic growth and fostering industrial development with their research findings.




The lists of project demands in emerging sectors and talent demands in key enterprises were released on site to set a bridge for cooperation between enterprises and higher education institutions.

The Youth Venture Platform Ecosystem Partners Program was unveiled, aimed at forming a network for project introduction and incubation by collaborating with top universities’ alumni associations, and a training program was announced to offer tailored support to innovative talents and projects.


The Highly Skilled Technology Consultant Training Base was inaugurated and 15 research organizations were declared SIP’s partners in developing elite engineer innovation institutes.

Moreover, seven exemplary projects received rewards as key university-industry collaboration models, and the Huihu 50L (Lab) 100E (Experiment) program was launched, with the aim of establishing 50 new university-enterprise labs and promoting commercialization of 100 university-derived projects within two years.
